Goldring Yates is a Camborne based firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants active throughout Cornwall and occasionally further afield.
The firm was formed in 1997 and the four partners. Richard Goldring, Chris Yates, Paul Taylor and Wayne Collins are all experienced Chartered Surveyors with different areas of expertise.
Richard Goldring has experience in both public and private sectors having previously been Regional Estates Manager for English Partnerships in the South West of England. He deals with commercial, development and investment property, shops, offices, industrials etc. along with rent reviews and lease renewals and a wide range of commercial agency and consultancy work.
Paul Taylor specialises in formal valuation matters and Expert Witness work regarding both commercial and residential property.
Chris Yates has considerable experience and expertise in land assembly, particularly allied to residential development.
Wayne Collins specialises in project management and dilapidations although most of this work is conducted through his own Practice WCA Chartered Surveyors.
Goldring Yates acts for public and private sector clients and has a particular interest in long term regeneration projects.
Commercial agency is undertaken selectively and the firm is not afraid to politely decline unsuitable instructions.
